I'm thrilled to let all my wonderful clients know that Michele's Therapeutic Massage is moving to 520 Philadelphia Street in Indiana, PA. My re-grand opening will be January 5, 2022, and I'll be working out of the building where Align Sports Chiropractic and Health Center is located.
My Treatment room will be located in the lower level of Align Chiropractic therapy room number 2. I could not be more excited about moving my clinic to Indiana. My fabulous new space will offer more room for me to expand my clinic, a more serene atmosphere and a recovery room with a coffee bar.
Please be advised that I am not taking any new clients at this time.

Here are some of the most common questions asked about massage therapy. If you have a question that is not listed here, please feel free to call.
Where will my massage or bodywork session take place?
Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.
Must I be completely undressed?
Most massage or bodywork techniques are performed with the client unclothed; however, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear. You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session.
Will the practitioner be present when I disrobe?
The practitioner will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with the sheet and blanket.
How will I feel after the massage or bodywork session?
Most people feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activities. People often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days. To prevent from feeling sore after a massage it is recommended you drink plenty of water following your massage session.
Are there any medical conditions that would make massage or bodywork inadvisable?
YES. That's why it's imperative that, before you begin your session, the therapist will have you fill out an intake form that asks general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any treatment session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.
With over five years of experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs.
My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health.
